Precision machined stainless steel centering bit. To precisely position both the socket and pin cuts when cutting dovetails you can translate a pattern drawn on the end of one of your boards into machine rule or digital readings and a centering bit is ideal for this purpose. Use it in place of Router Boss's laser crosshair and no batteries are required. A centering bit is helpful in machine setup and can also be used with our dial indicator to check for router run out. This double-ended bit works in all 1/4" and 1/2" chucks. It is intended for alignment and set-up only. Routers should not be run with a centering bit installed.

The Universal Track Clamp (UTC) offers great reach and 360 degree adjustability. It fits most 1/4" T-Track including our Mortise Table, Power Feed and Multi-angle Work Holders and the T-Track of many other manufactures. Installation is simple, the head of a 1/4-20 hex bolt (included) slides in the T-slot, extends up through the clamp and is secured with a knob. You can set it anywhere along the track, spin it in any direction and clamp material up to 1-1/2” thick. Designed for maximum reach and rigidity, it's simplicity makes it perfect for our work holders and many woodworking jig & fixture projects.

Aluminum flip stop that attaches and slides in bottom t-track of Router Boss and locks down with adjustable handle. The stop arm flips up when you need it and stays out of the way when you don't. The flip stop works with included cap screw stops that can be located anywhere on sliding bar t-track. Use instead of rules, story board or digital display to quickly position sliding bar for multiple repetitive cuts.

This kit comes with 2 plastic feather boards, spacers and the hardware needed for dual or tandem use. The included ¼” hex-bolts provide a means to attach the assembly to ¼” t-track. Note that our router table kit includes a brush feather board for supporting a work piece when profiling the work piece edge with a profile bit. If you also have our mortise table kit then, instead of the brush, you can use this dual feather board. Mount the mortise table t-track platform vertically on sliding bar, attach the dual feather board and position the feather board to support the work piece. Two 1/4" fishtail skew chisels, one with a 10-degree left skew and the other with a 10-degree right skew. Hardened to about Rc60 for optimal sharpness and edge holding capablity. Bubinga wood handles. Made in England by Ashley Iles. Router Boss machines cut true dovetails just like hand cut. Through dovetails and half-blind tails (drawer sides) require no hand work. Half-blind pins (common in drawer fronts) that are made with a straight bit have rounded corners that are best squared with a skew chisel. These chisels are ideal for that job. Skew chisels are not required for our alternative half-blind method which uses a dovetail bit for both the tails and pins

3/8" corner chisel with bubinga wood handle. The steel is hardened to about Rc60 for optimal sharpness and edge holding capablity. Made in England by Ashley Iles. A corner chisel is the best tool to square corners of mortises cut with a router bit. For 3/8" and larger mortises. Use with a mallet such as Tite-Hammer.
