Plunge Assist Kit Code: 12-240 Price: $45.00 Quantity in Basket: none Integrates with Router Boss's router plate to make depthing of the router a one-handed operation leaving your other hand free to position the wood with Router Boss's power-feed. Plunge assist bars provide both enhanced plunge control and a convenient handle for guiding and positioning the router. Unlike WoodRat's PlungeBars, our plunge assist does not occupy router edge guide holes that are needed for stop rod and y-axis digital scale. When ordering specify either DeWalt 625 or universal mount. For universal mount, the U-shaped top bar (see drawing) rests on your router's handle supports. A transition plate for mounting your router to our router plate is also included with the universal mount. We provide two bar sizes to fit most medium and large routers. Our universal mount will not work if the router handles are different heights, there is a switch on top of the handle or the router has a pistol grip handle. See assembly diagram.

Mortise Table Kit Code: 12-250 Price: $250.00 Quantity in Basket: none An adjustable height/tilt mortising platform (31” long by 7” wide), with 5 T-tracks and 2 vice L-clamps/stops, that provides horizontal work holding for cutting on the face or edge of wood. Attaches to Router Boss's sliding bar providing power feed capabilities when cutting mortises, grooves, and flutes. A cutout in fence provides for crosscut operations and a V-slot in fence allows round object clamping. In addtion to horizontal work holding, a slot in the platform allows boards up to 5/4" by 3.5" wide to be clamped vertically for tenoning cuts on end of board (requires an optional toggle or UTC clamp). Provides unique capability to cut both a mortise and a mating tenon with same setup. As an additional option, the mortising platform T-track can be separated and attached vertically to the sliding bar providing capabilities similar to our Power Feed work holder. You can shop-make a simple mortise rail from wood or MDF with plans in our manual, but our aluminum mortise table provides more function and unique versatility. Riser Plate with Fence Kit (AKA Router Table) Code: 12-260 Price: $60.00 Quantity in Basket: none A 3/4” MDF riser plate that provides increased depth of cut. Plus a feather board, hog bristle brush and an attachable pair of fences with adjustable opening that together provide router table capability for hand-feeding the work piece against the bit (profiling). Precision Stop Code: 12-220 Price: $35.00 Quantity in Basket: none A micro-adjustable stop that rides in the guide rail t-tracks. A quarter turn of the adjustment head equals 1/4mm or 1/100". Includes 10mm stop rod that fits into router edge guide hole of most routers. Provides very precise adjustment in fit of tenons, sliding dovetails and other joints. Setup Gauge Bars Code: 12-230 Price: $20.00 Quantity in Basket: none Brass setup bars cut from key stock in 2-1/2" lengths. Set includes 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" bars all in 3/4" widths. Use setup bars to eliminate measuring when setting stops. With bit zeroed on top of wood, use a bar (or combination) to set plunge depth stop on the router. With bit zeroed against face of wood, use a bar to set a stop a given distance from the face. Provides quick and accurate method to set up for mortise, tenon and other joints

Micro-Adjuster Code: 12-225 Price: $35.00 Quantity in Basket: none Our micro-adjuster attaches to the t-tracks on both the box beam and sliding bar. A ratcheting handle is operated to make very fine adjustments in the position of the sliding bar. With the micro-adjuster and our digital scale, you can position cuts with .001" accuracy, plus the adjuster locks the sliding bar during the cuts. For a limited time we are including a new acrylic cursor with each micro-adjuster. Use the new cursor with the printed templates from our symmetrical dovetail calculator.

Flip Stop Code: 12-222 Price: $22.00 Quantity in Basket: none Aluminum flip stop that attaches and slides in the bottom t-track of the Router Boss and locks down with an adjustable handle. The stop arm flips up when you need it and stays out of the way when you don't. The flip stop works with included cap screw stops that can be located anywhere on the sliding bar t-track. Use instead of rules, story board or digital display to quickly position sliding bar for multiple repetitive cuts.

Digital Scale Kit Code: 12-290 Price: $160.00 Quantity in Basket: none Our electronic digital scale is now included standard on models 360 and 470. It measures movement of the sliding bar and indicates cut location with extreme accuracy. It has a separate top mounted LCD display and operates for full travel of the sliding bar. The large display reads in mm or in decimal inch or fractions (64th inch). The reader beam permanently mounts to back of sliding bar and the scale does not have to be removed when switching machine to other operations. To order a replacement scale you must specify length of your sliding bar. When cutting dovetail and box joints, a great advantage of the Router Boss machine is that you can use any bit, any spacing, any number of pins and any size wood up to the capacity of machine. Just as in hand tool woodworking, you are not limited in what you can do. For dovetail pins the machine is set for pin angle, width and depth and will hold those settings for repeated joints. Standard practice is to control socket and pin spacing by aligning a cursor on a scale (ruler measurement) or mark on the machine before making cuts. This matches pin locations to socket locations. Our digital scale provides an alternative method. Using Router Boss's built-in laser guide or a centering bit, you can translate your pin pattern into digital readings, then use those readings to locate the cuts for both the sockets and pins. Your cuts will exactly align, be easier to set up, and be as accurate and repeatable as with any template-based jig, but without the limitations of the template. See assembly diagram .

Digital Depth Gauge Kit Code: 12-280 Price: $35.00 Quantity in Basket: none Economical electronic digital scale with LCD display that can be mounted on DeWalt 625 router to display router plunge depth. Alternatively, it can also be mounted on guide rails to display router crosscut position. Reads three ways with choice of .01mm, .001", or 1/64" resolution and instant zero for "deviation" measurement. It displays a measurement from a starting zero point such as top or edge of board. All required hardware and instructions are included. No drilling or tapping of machine is required. When mounted on guide rails the scale may need to be removed for some operations. For plunge depth usage some adaptation may be required for routers other than DeWalt 625. For most operations, router plunge depth and crosscut positioning can be accurately controlled with our setup gauge bars, guide rails and adjustable stops. Multi-angle Work Holder Kit Code: 12-300 Price: $200.00 Quantity in Basket: none Versatile 15” wide work holder that can hold wood at a single or compound angle for mortising, tenoning, and other operations. Quick setup. Cuts angled tenons for chair construction. Rapid adjustment friction clamps securely hold a work piece up to 4" thick either horizontally, vertically, at a left/right miter angle or at compound angles up to 45°. Locator pins inserted into pattern holes aid in positioning work pieces 0° to 45° in 5° increments and at 22.5°. Can be mounted on Router Boss or WoodRat. Centering Bit Code: 18-600 Price: $6.50 Quantity in Basket: none Precision machined stainless steel centering bit. To precisely position both the socket and pin cuts when cutting dovetails, you can translate a pattern drawn on the end of one of your boards into the machine rule or digital readings, and a centering bit is ideal for this purpose. Use it in place of Router Boss's laser crosshair and no batteries are required. This double-ended bit works in all 1/4" and 1/2" chucks. It is intended for alignment and set-up only. Routers should not be run with a centering bit installed.

Universal Track Clamp Code: 32-600 Price: $17.00 Quantity in Basket: none The Universal Track Clamp (UTC) offers great reach and 360° adjustability. It fits most 1/4" T-Track including our Mortise Table, Power Feed and Multi-angle Work Holders and the T-Track of many other manufacturers. Installation is simple, the head of a 1/4-20 hex bolt (included) slides in the T-slot, extends up through the clamp and is secured with a knob. You can set it anywhere along the track, spin it in any direction and clamp material up to 1-1/2” thick. Designed for maximum reach and rigidity, it's simplicity makes it perfect for our work holders and many woodworking jig & fixture projects.

Double Feather Board Kit Code: 12-255 Price: $19.00 Quantity in Basket: none This kit comes with 2 plastic feather boards, spacers and the hardware needed for dual or tandem use. The included ¼” hex-bolts provide a means to attach the assembly to ¼” t-track. Note that our riser plate with fence kit includes a brush feather board for supporting a work piece when profiling the work piece edge with a profile bit. If you also have our mortise table kit then, instead of the brush, you can use this dual feather board. Mount the mortise table t-track platform vertically on the sliding bar, attach the dual feather board and position the feather board to support the work piece. The steel is hardened to about Rc60 for optimal sharpness and edge holding capablity. Made in England by Ashley Iles.
