Since 2001, The Craftsman Gallery has offered some of the best tools available to woodworkers across the globe. For many years, we sold the WoodRat router control system, the best available router based tool at the time. As its limits became more apparent, we decided to design our own router system and Router Boss was born.

Router Boss took the best from the WoodRat machine and brought the concept into the 21st century with a redesign that added technology, new features and enhancements. Safety, productivity, and precision were always front of mind as we developed this unique milling tool. Router Boss, while an investment, actually saves resources by saving you space, time, and money on other tools you don't need anymore. Router Boss was conceived and is manufactured with pride in the USA.

We also partner with iGaging in the design of new tools for woodworkers. Some of the new tools that we have assisted in development include Snap-Check+, Snap-Check PRO, EZ-Align Gauge, Thickness Gauge, Micro-Adjust Wheel Gauge, 15pc Setup Block Set, Bench Squares, RollBot and Planer Digital
