Supported on a ridged
reticulated support where, when compressed, the distance from the center pole
to the center of the magnifying lens is 8”, and when extended, the center of
the magnifying lens is a full 26”.
To power up the lamp, you
have a multi-control power switch on the power cord. After turning on the
power, you can vary the light intensity for ten levels, from full power down to
a minimum light level. Plus, you have three lighting modes, from standard white
to soft blue, followed by a slight amber color. These hues mimic the various
led lights found in the home, so you can make sure the color you’re working
with will work in any room of the house.
The support clamp can grip down on a flat
surface from ¼” up to 2-1/4” in thickness
And one surprise extra, this can
run on batteries. The lights are USB powered. So you can either plug this into
the USB charger that comes with it or plug it into a USB battery bank (remote
phone charger) if you’re not near a power source.
