Separate iGAGING DRO models are available for either portable or
stationary planers. The head (which contains the cutter knives) moves up and down with portable models. The bed moves up and down with stationary planers, and the head remains fixed. This model is for DeWalt and other portable planers.
The digital quickly attaches to DeWalt DW734 and DW735 portable planers. The iGAGING Digital Readout mounts directly over the existing thickness scale using the cursor mounting holes and the included bracket. It quickly mates the new digital scale with the old analog scale with little fuss. Calibration takes only seconds using our 2-button calibration system and a freshly planned board. The lighted digital display with large characters offers easy readability in any work environment.
Constructed with Precision Machined Metal Parts, the Digital Readout is designed to last for many years with no concerns of fatigue or the need to recalibrate. This Digital Readout Unit uses standard CR2032 watch-type batteries, offering hundreds of hours of uninterrupted use. The DRO is also set to turn off after 5 minutes without use but will return to the previous reading with a touch of a button.
